Hi Lisa,
I was born in Wiesbaden Germany after WW II. Dad was in the US Army Air Corps, Mom was a Red Cross worker. Dads family from Winston- Salem NC, Moms from Waterford Ireland. Left Germany @ age 3, 1950 to live in Winston-Salem.
Presently a transplanted "good Ol Boy" from South Carolina, now living in Up State NY near Albany/Schenectady. Moved here 5 years ago, after 14 years in York SC. Also spent 5 years in TX, 2 of those in "almost heaven" Corpus Christi, and 3 years in "almost hell" Houston.
Stay Well

To tell you the truth, I never did see it (the tattoo). I wish I had. Keeping it between us is fine but away from me is another. After all, it could be like looking in a mirror. I should also have rights concerning this issue. lol....
Take care,
mars

We're right in between Cleveland and Buffalo and Pittsburgh to the south!

Wow, Man!!!
I just read through all the posts, and am just amazed at where everyone lives, and yet all converge here on KickAS!! The web....the web....could we have even thought of this ten years ago???
I grew up in Cleveland, and then left for five years in Boston, and since '87 have lived in NYC....many urban adventures along the way, but I did grow up camping around the mid-west and Canada, and have traveled the States and last year made the trek to Kenya!
Peace!

LOL Steve There you go again making me laugh till it hurts and I think I peed my pants.
I think I have another idea where you might be from, and it's not very close to earth.

Hi Lisa,
I live on a little island in Vermont about 20 minutes from the Canadian border.
It's absolutely beautiful here and the island is a very big tourist attraction.
Not many people live here in the winter... A lot of summer homes. I think the population is cut in half by the fall, but there alot of Inns and bed and breakfast's for people who come to visit in the fall for the foliage. This year though, because of the attack, not many people are visiting.
Guess I'll have to keep all the beautiful leaves to myself. Let me know if you'd like me to send you some..we'll have a lot of extra to spare this year
Hugs,
Lisa
