If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hey Donette,
We have people in our ward who can't have bread. They bring their own substitute to give to the priest to be blessed. They just have to make sure it is on the tray that comes to them. It is usually in a small cup so others know not to take it.
Good Luck

Yesterday I swam 750 yds. No idea of the time. My daughter-in-law and husband swam with me. I love watching you all post. Thanks letting me know the world is still going on around me.

Oh grrrrrr... I just want to curl up in a ball and stay that way. I don't want to eat or exercise or anything else, but I have other family members who want me to last as long as possible. My goal today is to get out of bed at some point, wash a couple of windows, and go to a bereaved parents meeting tonight. Maybe walk sown to the water where we scattered her ashes and all the blossoms from the flowers people sent. Sorry to be such a downer but this death deal sucks.

erica, we are here for you. say whatever is on your mind, we want to hear from you, hoping that staying connected with us might help in some small way. you are definitely not a downer, rather what has happened is sad of course, and knowing how much you are hurting saddens me. wish there were more i could do across the miles, but do know you are in my daily thoughts.

There are 5 stages if grief according to Elizabeth Kubler-Ross, they taught us in class people go through them differently but it is a widely accepted theory. Here is an article about it, I hope it can help in some small way. http://grief.com/the-five-stages-of-grief/Oxo -Carrie

Erica, May heaven bless and protect you during this difficult time. Don't feel bad about sharing the hard stuff with us too. We owe you that. You got us all mooooooving and being accountable for it!! And your pain during this time is merely a testament to just how much you love your daughter. Hugs to you. -Donette p.s. A group of us helped the exercise instructor clean her newly constructed house this morning for 3 hours. I was great while I was moving. Now that I've sat down, my feet are no longer speaking to me. lol. *Thanks guys for the advice on the sacrament, I could make some flax bread and include that to be blessed. Or I've even thought I could just not eat the bread, I do think Jesus would understand.
