If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

stayed over night in the city last night and totally broke my NSD. had a KFC burger with cheese and bacon around 11am, two big scoops of multi flavoured ice-cream at around 2 pm, a small packet of plain crinkle cut chips around 4pm. around 7 pm i had 1/2 crispy skinned chicken cooked from a chinese takeaway. 3am woke up and had to rush to the toilet and had what can be best described as explosive diharrea #4. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=explosive%20poop.was it A. the burger? B. multi color ice-cream? C. crisps? D. crispy skin chicken? E. all of the above ? today my neck, ribs, upper middle back, tail bone and sphincter is a bit sore.

My vote: (E) !!!!! Sorry to hear of your distress. I have slipped off the wagon a bit over the last few weeks too and am feeling the effects of my transgressions - they always come back to bite us in the B-um one way or another... Feel better soon,
Louise Happy to be a physio by day, not happy to be a Spondy 24/7!

Definitely E - with a slight emphasis on B and D. Mind you, that crispy skin chicken from Chinese takaway 'could' have been doused in MSG and maltodextrin, in which case, look out stomach and guts... Mind you, the bacon on the burger wouldn't have done you much good either. Back to 'E'... Poor you. Horrible experience. (That's why I dislike eating in other people's houses and in restaurants! One hasn't a clue as to 'what' crap might be in the food nor in what the food has been cooked!) Next time...take better care!

Oh I have to say E, and thanks for the good giggle this morning.
Life is to be lived, and occasionally we are going to eat what everybody else can eat and tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start on the NSD.
Take care, Donette

poop finger #3? http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=explosive%20poop "A large evacuation of liquid fecal matter closely resembling that of diarrhea but on a more explosive scale. Poop Finger can occur instantly and without conscious thought or decision. Poop Finger is directly caused by someone preparing your food after wiping their [*bleep*] but before washing their hands." ....this fits...

Quote: 'Poop finger..."
Could even be that. Depends on how long after eating that the 'explosion' occured. IF 'poop fingers' then cc4 hrs (odd) but not much longer than.
Mind you. IF I eat summat my gut says 'No' to then 4hrs max and disaster... Nowt to do with 'poop fingers' either. Just don't like the food - is mega food reactive/ingredients in food reactive (especially vile MSG, maltodextrin etc etc)
IF PF - then look to copious vomiting as well as 'explosion'.
Sheesh, this is as bad as 'Anal Leakage'... Gut an AS, AS an Gut - tra-la. Must be a song in there somewhere... sound please...haha (heck, perhaps...da-da...NOT!)
