If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

What is the difference between what's in the cookbook and what's online? My husband eats A LOT of her stuff... especially the almond and coconut flour baked goods. It stopped him from wasting away on the NSD. If there are even more recipes in the book, I'm buyin!

Hey Susan, on her website she says that 90% are new recipes and 10% tweeked from site. I didn't realize she was grain free, not just gluten free, until now. I'm in recipe heaven on her site. mc

I own this cookbook and it is wonderful! Not all her recipes are starch free since some use carrots, arrowroot powder, etc, but it's still nice to have a resource you can actually use.

mcm... I know... the site has been a real life saver for us... my husband was dissappearing! I am wondering about an arrowroot substitue also... there is a bread she does w/ a lot of it that sounds like it would be really good.

Susan, I made the gluten free 2.0. Bread and subbed coconut flour for the arrowroot. I added about, a 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to make a smoother batter (I should have paid attention to amount ) I love it! Like all the grain free breads I've tried, it has a quick bread cakey texture, but when I toast under broiler it tastes very close to bread- I think its the flax.
Next batch I'm going to play with adding more flax and less coconut flour. I'm so excited about it its silly. But i'm feeling pretty good energy wise and i think its the added calories. I have put the cookbook on hold at library and trying to get the paleo cookbook and Sisson's primal cookbook from the library.
