If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi all, I know this isn't a good time but Im growing a little concerned and before I talk to the hubby, my Dad or Dr wanted to just see what you all think. It has just been over the last 3 or 4 weeks I have been horrendously tired, remember I use to have insomnia issues and at times I still do but lately I am sleeping from say 10 or 11 at night until 1 in the afternoon, by 5 or 6 I am back in bed not able to stay awake and sleep from then until 8 or 9. This seems to be taking on this kind of pattern...Im not the most active person but I do not consider myself lazy by any means, it has me stumped it's almost like as soon as my head hits the pillow I am out and at times I struggle to stay awake. I have heart issues, I guess my fear is my heart is not pumping enough blood or my heart is too weak to keep up and I dont want to hear that so I am just hoping it will go away. I have not started any new meds or stopped any and I am not doing anything out of the ordinary that I can think of. Just wanting to pick your alls brains and see what you think. 2 days away from Christmas and Im so excited, I hope everyone is going to have a lovely holiday with their loved ones filled with joy and lots of good food to eat...love all my Kickers..well Kev and Alan top the list you know (they paid me to say that..lol) Hugs, Lisa
Speak kindly, Live simply, Care deeply, Love generously, and BLAH, HA, HA, LOUDLY! every chance you get.

That's no good, Lisa. It could be all sorts of things - end of year malaise, viral, low iron or your heart - worrying about it in the darkness is unlikely to bring a solution... You NEED to go to the doctor *before* the Christmas holiday if you can (you've got 2 days - we've only got one left here in Oz...) and have some bloods taken to rule out a few things and let the doctor take care of you. Even if you decide not to mention your planned visit to the doc or your secret worry to Bill until *after* you get the results - you know that you can't go cruising down DENIAL alone for much longer - it's been a month already - time enough Madam!

Hey Sis, Hard to say but the sleep patterns don't really sound like the "you" I've come to know.Except for the fatigue it might not be anything at all, but let the good doc give you the once over so we don't have any surprises - I don't like suprises like that. Hoping that it is nothing too much so you and yours have the most Super Christmas together EVER! Love 'n hugs, Russ 'n Karen

Get to the doctor....even if it's tiredness/anemia/innocuous stuff, you won't know without a few tests. You only get one heart, so you have to take care of it. Make that appt.

when you mention the heart, can't help but remember possi's warning to all of us after her bypass surgery. while hoping its something simpler; i remember how much i slept when i had strep that didn't give me a sore throat, just sleeping like 12 hours a day and still exhausted. 2 weeks of antibiotics and i was my old self again. so will hope for something simple like that for you, but you must go to a doctor to rule out the heart, or to take care of it, if that is it. i just can't help thinking of possi's warning. have a very merry christmas my dear!

Lisa!! Get thee in to your docs, pronto missy!! I know, I know, I have the same bad habit of waiting, just hoping that a new symptom will just go away ... BUT if you have known heart issues then don't be crazy. My brother experienced heart failure (apparently the atypical onset of his AS, which we didn't learn about until much later). He experienced extreme tiredness in the days leading up to it and had to have an emergency pacemaker implanted, temporarily, and didn't end up requiring a permanent one. It may be a million other things - but sweetie you need to be examined. How are we all suppose to have a Merry Christmas if we're all busy worried about your heart??!!! Go in! Please! warmest hugs

I agree with everyone else. It could be lots of things, but you need to see the doc. Sounds like how I feel when I'm anemic.

Lisa, Of course you should go and get it checked out. The first thing that came into my head was your thyroid. I slept like that when mine was way out of whack and it made me very sick...just sayin'
Take care Sherri xoxo
