If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

If you would like a break from A.S. pain go and have a holiday in Bali Indonesia. My daughter and I have just come back and we have never been so comfortable or should I say normal!!!!
This is the second time this year we have gone there, and each time we are normal.
The weird part......standing in our airport to check back in.....the pain starts. By the time we clear customs and drive home, we are back to our achy selves.
I'm looking forward to going back again already!
So go to Bali and give yourself a break from A.S.
Cheers Noelene
I love Bali and would go there in a heartbeat anytime! Friendly people, great food - hmmm - never thought about whether my pain was better when I was there... must have been thinking about how humid it was and how sweaty I was! It must be time I went back to test your theory, Noelene. I am planning on cooking a Balinese feast when some frineds come over on Sunday night - I wonder if that will do me any good?!?

Hi Louise,
There's an Austrain Chef at Bumbu Bali who has cooking classes! Check it out on google and book in before you go, they are very popular. You can just do the cooking class or go to the market with him and the cooking class. I wanted to to it but ran out of time and I didn't book. Next time!!
take care Noelene

Steve, Bali is such a cheap place to go from here. 500-600 dollars will get you a week in a good hotel with breakfast and airfare. For one oz dollar you get 8800 rupiah. Which would be slightly more for the US dollar. Its so cheap to buy anything over there.
Save your bucks and you too might be able to go there. Watch the movie Eat Pray Love with Julia Roberts some of it is filmed there.
Cheers Noelene

HI Sue
Repetitive anything kills me! Peeling potatoes, hands just cramp up. Now I do as much as I can....then pass it off to a family member!
Take Care Noelene

yeh, i hear ya! i'm lucky, hubby does most of the peeling and chopping in the kitchen. and a few times when my hands were really bad, he even typed some stuff for me for work, but i try to keep that to a minimum. it is nice to have someone that can take over where we have to leave off. like right now, making christmas cookies this week, he mixes the dough, rolls it out when it is too much. and i do most of the rest.

I have been getting my two teenage granddaughters to do all the peeling and chopping. I keep telling them I'm giving them cooking lessons. Anyway, with all these "lessons" they get most of the stuff that I have problems with done.
