If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ajit - Get thee to an ophtholmologist. NEVER ignore eye problems. OK?
Now, don't rub the eyes, bath them in 'warm' water and rest them. Blink, ensure that you blink a 'lot'. Whilst working at the computer, most people don't blink as much, and the blink mechanism is necessary for good eye health. So, blink - clears, cleans and lubricates the eyes.
Hope it is not iritis, but could well be dry eye - Sjogren's. Which is managed by using artificial tears - use at least 4X per day, and for night time use, an eye ointment. Ensure products are 'preservative free'. The preservatives in eye products lead to exacerbation of eye problems. So, preservative free, in single use doses. The eye ointment (don't know what is available in India) usually have a life of 4 weeks after opening, comes in a tiny tube.
Wear protective eye wear whilst out, to protect against wind and sun and of course dust. Polaroid is best.
But *always check with your ophtho. Take care them eyes.

That Patient Guide to Glaucoma is not coming up...nuisance. So will put in a different search. Hypotony is what one is interested in - i.e abnormally low pressure readings 'with' glaucoma.
