Yep..and I've taken up oil painting to keep my hands busy. I'm terrible..but it's fun, theraputic, and keeps me outta trouble!  Cheers, Steph

Remember, oils are flammable...don't light up!  Congrats on 3 days. Four should be easy as pie.

you can do it Steph!! i quit almost five years ago and it was the hardest thing i ever did in my life!! you have to have that frame of mind" Im gonna quit or its gonna kill me!!" you have to want it more than anything you've ever wanted in your life. i quit using the patch and it was pure hell for the first two weeks and then it slacked off. so if you can make it two weeks youve got it whooped!! good luck to you girl, you've got an ex-smoker in your corner!! Jeff

How r we doing to day.There seems to be a lot of fog here in my town.....i was wondering mabe you are using the electric cig too much(just kidding...lol).Just want to support a little if i can ....we all here would like to see you and Kevin succeed.

Oh hey John. Yup...puffing on it like it's my job still..but am getting bored with it. So, am drinking hot chocolate. Have never been a tea or coffee drinker...or hot beverages for that matter. But, bought a variety pack with 4 different flavs, and am havin' my fill! mmMmmm!
Day 4...still smokie free: yay for me!
