Day 2...no smoking. I do have an electronic cigarette that uses steam, a wee bit of nicotine, and the end lights up. Suppose to take "the edge" off...am puffing on it like it's my job...not working so well. Maybe if I just eat it! haha  Am cranky, impatient, and a sitting directly on the afore mentioned "edge". Oh, and not to mention feeling totally FULL. I'm eating everything in site. Step awayyy from the cheeese strings, and nobody will get hurt!  Looking forward to day 3!  Cheers, Steph

Well done Steph,
I'm still struggling have managed to stick to 12 a day as opposed to 30plus for the last week so now need to start cutting down even more. One day at a time I sympathise with you to stop in one go is very hard.

That's a hard thing all of you are doing. Sometimes you just take an hour at a time. Promise yourself to wait just one more hour before lighting up and then another hour... They will add up.
