Hi  I've never been to an SAA event. Does anyone know if it's worth a 4.5 hour drive and the cost of hotel & gasoline? Peace

Hmmm... well, I think I'm satisfied with my current medical management and exercise program. I guess I can decide whether or not to go next week. Maybe I'll wait for a seminar in Seattle or Victoria...
