Glad to hear that you're starting to get things under control. I had meant to post after reading about all your lovingly pre-prepared supplies being biffed. I felt for you. I have just been staying up late to make sure I have my food all sorted for travel tomorrow, such a pain in the posterier... Anyway, may your shoulder continue to improve. hugss

Thanks for the hug, kurumi! All I can offer is a "one armed hug" back- which I have just about mastered by now. I am good at winking, though wink

My shoulder still hurts worse than ever, but MUCH better than a week ago. I am going back to my rheumie this afternoon, but there is not much i think she can do for me. I think she wants to send me for a mri.

The feeling in my shoulder at this point feels that it could be AS inflammation more than mechanical, so I am going to try to fast until Monday. Fasts were a normal part of my diet for awhile there, but I have not had to do it since around February. Here we go again.....

I am also curious if all this has to do with candida issues. I have been off sugar for a year and a half (with one break)and it seems to help me a lot. I tried some berries at the beginning of summer and it did not go well. I have been having loose stools and constant sores on the top of my mouth since the shot. I KNEW that steroids=candida, but was blinded for the 203 seconds it took to let the dr convince me. humph. Bad stacey.

smile
