If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

no walking today, stupid SI!
last night, bent over to pick something up off the floor, something very light, and when i went to stand back up, the whole pelvic area seized up. and it was doing so well. wonder if the 1/2 a flector patch isn't enough, will be nice when i can remove the other 1/2 from the rhomboid area and protect the SI better.
but could've been worse, got away with just tightening of the muscles, those protective muscle spasms, not the screaming muscle spasms. today the muscles are just very fatigued, that's what happens when they run their spasm marathon. so even if i can't run a marathon, apparently my muscles do it without me! LOL!

thanks sweetie! muscles weren't too fatigued, even able to make dinner myself, until at the end of their visit for the night (they are spending the night in a local hotel, their preference). so when they left, i set the recliner up with ice packs for my rhomboids and SI and a heating pad for my complaining back muscles.......i love heat and ice! all the muscles became so relaxed, i realized just how tired i was, and fell soundly asleep for about 2 hours, i love that feeling!

i will erika i had them on okay but in km 1 room the a/c was acting up in there too and i was sweatin' bullets. i think thats why that handwrap went down for the count. doesnt take much to hurt these bony fingers of mine. since AS monster any nick or bump...major inflammation. miss sofie was kind enough to put some antibiotic cream on them tonight. all but pinky are healed..yahoo! go team!
