If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Isn't this saddening. This does get me down. I check all my supplements because I do take a lot. Generally I have been looking for no sugar low starch, but now I understand the significance of starch for me now I will rearrange my criteria
I am fortunate because I do have several reliable suppliers that will even phone the manufactures to fid out for me what I need to know. Just need to stay vigerlent, and keep in mind that manufacturers do sometimes change their ingredients without telling us
Because a lot of my supplements are oils, there is definately no starch or sugar in them, but for the others I am going to have a thorough investigation
It will take some time, but I cannot really afford not to take them right now because my diet is so limited. Anyway my pain is now 1 out of 10, so in many ways the diet is working, I have never had 0 out of 10, but who knows in the future may be
Love joanne
My name is Joanne and I am about to go for tests for AS. Any advice would be much appreciated

Joanna - Yr dad, sugars and coming off of em, and yr dieet refers. What a lovely lovely post - well measured and concerned.
Good for you, and for yr dad. Well done all round.
I 'finally' came off sugar when I was in India, American friends had me try coffee and NO sugar! Never looked back. But, fortunately, for me, I really do not have a swet tooth. Much prefer spicey, but detest salt! Now, how odd is taht? <LOL>
And now, find with this low/NO tesion glaucoma, that I 'might' have to *start taking salt....eeeekkk, Yuck!
Yes. Ineresting what one finds buffered into meds, supplements and vits. Grow yr own...only answer. Sigh.
Go well all -

Molly
I must drink salt water every day on this diet, and boy is it yuck
But I do it, because I know it is helping me
I use sea solt because it contains 60 minerals, but a friend has told me Himalayan salt is better with 84 minerals but its a bit pricey, so I am leaving this for now.
Hope this is not goig to be another mistake LOL
Anyway, as I understand it, the more natural your diet, the more you need it. It's only when your eatig processed foods that we need to cut back
And the grow your own thing. You would not believe it, I grow all my own veg, ad now cannot eat it LOL
Next year i am going to focus on growing herbs
Good to know there are other folk here, searching for health and vitality
We will get there in the end
Love joanne
