walking, biking, swimming, whatever exercise you can do, if any. even at my worst, i can usually manage a recumbent stationary bike. the endorphins i get from aerobic exercise seem to work better for me than any pill i've tried.

being outside amongst nature. lately that's with a camera in hand; keeps my mind busy, less focussed on me.

funny tv shows, funny movies, funny friends..........

Sometimes just being outdoors, in the fresh air, amongst the sun, flowers, trees, birds and such can be almost like a tranquilizer without the side affects. To feel and sun on my face and the breeze blowing by and to hear the buz of the bumblebees and the hum of the humming birds(put up a feeder and you will have lots)is better then any pill they make. Is there a park nearby that you can take a stroll through before work, at lunch, or in the evening?

a few years ago i done a 6 week "anger management" program. mindfulness meditation and taking ownership of your anger are the 2 big things that helped me.

Tapping is so cool. My friend has used a method called EFT which looks similar. Glad you're getting some relief with this! PTSD is a wicked mind master indeed, and any way you can break free of it is great.

Peace rainbow

I have really tried to just enjoy the little things, when Im outside breath in the air, look at the trees and flowers and just thank God Im still alive and that there are so many people that are worse off than me...sorry your having a rough time of it.
