While wandering around my house in the dark last night I ran into my bed, whacked the crapola out of my knee, and now have my first clumsiness ouchie for the first time since I developed the stupid and very bad allergy to NSAIDS.
no

Crapola I really miss those happy little pain relievers!
yes

Everyone who can still take them do the GRATITUDE DANCE!, which I just learned from a very wise and wonderful KickAS'er.
roll

sorry to hear about your knee, but from another "can't take NSAIDs or even Cox2 inhibitors" person, ice is nice smile

also, bumps heal up a lot faster than our poor torn tendons and ligaments, so that is something........but hope you're able to be back in the pool soon!

I have tried to take NSAIDS but I have pretty much given up on them, They either don't work, don't work well enough or make me sick. I did the gratitude dance anyway and smacked my knee on the coffee table. It is all your fault. wink

Hope your knee feels better soon!!

Erika, as one who walks into walls she's looking straight at, I commiserate with you on your knee incident. I have whacked my knee on the desk I was just sitting at, pretty sure I broke my nose several times on door jams I had just been leaning on, broke my foot while swimming, my wrist while running and my other foot simply standing up from the couch one night. I'm sorry your knee hurts, but you'll understand if I chuckle a little, yes?

Thanks for the Gratitude Dance link, by the way. That put a huge smile on my face to start the day!!

Hugs,

Kat

Clumsiness seems to be a common SpA trait. I see I'm among good company yes

I'm off to work. God, please help me to injur nobody else with my clumsiness Amen!

Madame, you most certainly are in good company. grin

Hmm, I wonder if clumsiness is a trait of SpAers. Interesting to look into, even if it really wouldn't help much but our egos to know!

I'm not usually a danger to others with my clumsiness, only to myself. They've threatened to foam pad the walls around my workplace!! Have a good day.

Hugs,

Kat
