If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello John,
Good to see you checking in, and great news that you are spending less time here because more comfy with your AS. That is always good news to here of Kickers.

Hi John, I've been a little sidelined this week, so it's a good thing I decided to check in here tonight. Nope I didn't forget you either. Good to see you back making a post again. For the first time in a long time, I have been keeping very busy at facebook too. Take care, James

John, it's good to see you and to know that you've come to grips with the Spondy Monster. Sometimes, if you can achieve detante at the very least, that's all you need.
Keep enjoying the absobloominglutely awesome summer we're having! And see you soon.
Hugs,
Kat

whewwwww...........i thought i was long forgotton.I am doing well, and so is Laney.I think the humira has kicked in or else it is this nice warm weather.Pretty much pain free........for now..a 3-4 on scale of 10.I am just frozen in the neck and lower back.I had a lot of problems with my knee a few months ago......got a cortizone shot and now it feels great.Rheumy said the cartilage is wearing thin on my knees and hope it will be ok for a while.I really dont want knee replacements, but my dad had a hip replaced due to worn cartilage......and said the pain will get so intence that you will be happy to get them replaced. So as i said i take it a day at a time and dont worry about tomorrow..thats the way to go i think?
Thanks for all your replys
Love ya all
John(Fonzy)
