I don't know about your shooters, but thought that this website might be of interest. Was going through my bookmarks yesterday and looking at it again.

about those starch tables Jet.
Human body is capable of digesting starch, so i guess you too can digest a small quantity inserted in a drug. Also there are other undigested aliments that arrive in the lower colon where Kb is suppose to dwelve - so with or without 1 g of starch things will not change on the long term.
You don't have to be a fanatical. Just keep in mind this diet is a long term option...

Just my two cents.

34. Some rheumys say AS stage 1-2 some others say USpA
Also UC - rectocolitis.

UC curently in remission since feb 2011.
AS/USpA remission march-aug 2011. Flare - sept-nov 2011 (antibiotics). Remission now...

Modified NSD/SCD. Cook your own !

You might try my 86 year old mother's cholesterol cure--she always wows the doctors when they ask her what meds she's on and she says "thyroid" and they say "and..." And she looks at them and says "that's all."
She takes 16 ounces of apple juice, 8 ounces of white grape juice, 4 ounces of apple cider vinegar and drinks 2 ounces a day.
She goes on and off this concoction from time to time as her stomach allows, but it lowered her cholesterol enough to keep the doc from putting her on meds. It worked for a girlfriend of mine too.
Me, it hasn't been so dramatic, but has kept my numbers from moving upwards. However, I have to say that I take that all school year long and it keeps me from catching the germs in that giant petrie dish known as "college."

Marsha,

Hi. Two ounces of this combination a day? That's all? Does she use the raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar or the processed stuff? I'm going to pass this along to my father. Thanks!

Kind Regards,
Jay

ty jroc, either very strict NSD since first test up until this blog or the huge amounts of salmon, fish oil, bok choy, egg whites, the switch to using heart health milk & oats between start date of this blog & new blood test. or a bit of both. up until jan this year I was eating a typical unhealthy australians diet. (beer & chips etc) ***i dont drink alcohol anymore either*** gave that up about 4 months ago.

Hi Jay,

Yes, Mom just slams back two ounces a day. And I'm not sure which apple cider vinegar she uses. I use the organic version and the natural apple juice, which makes it taste a whole lot better! Good luck!

Marsha
