I have just come across this article today, it is something I wasn't aware of. I know there are a number of folk out there with diabetes. AS and sleeping badly tend to go hand in hand...

thanks for sharing this article.

being prediabetic, all of this has really been on my radar lately,
but have found that walking (nearly) every day is helping to lower my blood sugar, allows the body to better utilize insulin. but yes, the sleep thing can be an issue, can't it.
