If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello Bridge Naughty girl! I thought you were going to take it easy after all that gardening you did the other day! Cheap chair... freezing cold... 45 minutes... That sounds like a recipe for disaster to me, you must take care of yourself, missey! Get comfy and snuggle up with one of your "English books" pronto! Hope you soon feel much better, hon Big hugs, Tink PS your mail box is full again! Want to send you a message! x

I didn't know sitting in that stupid office was gonna screw me up! Heck, I helped plant a tree yesterday . . . I can't dig deep holes anymore but I can do some digging and I got beat up from that but I felt recovered this morning . . . if planting a tree doesn't screw me up, who'd think SITTING would? I do NOT understand my body's little preferences. harumph.

i know, who'd think these things! the other day i went out for my daily walk. walked by a parking lot where there was a group of people just standing around talking. about 10-15 minutes later, i passed them again, on my way back. i remember thinking, its crazy how i can go out and walk 1-3 miles depending on how i'm feeling, but i couldn't stand like that, on hard black top for even 5 minutes without my feet getting angry with me. i can walk, but i can't stand. or i can sit for a fairly long time on the edge of a small hard bistro type chair, but not 5 minutes in a nice soft comfortable looking chair, soft chairs are pure evil for me. all very strange and crazy! plant a tree, no problem; sit in a chair, major flare! yes, a strange disease indeed!

Bridge maybe a saddle on top of a good mule would treat you better, then again maybe not. Went for a 7 hour 24 beer ride with my brother yesterday, kinda hurtin today. I think planting trees would kill my back, maybe I will have to give it a try. ETTE. Darrel.

Bridge,
Wasn't that you last week with fire in your britches. Now look at you. Sore as all get out. Wouldn't it be nice if you knew what things were going to hurt you and which things wouldn't. Yeah you can be careful all your life but what fun is that?? I know sometimes it's hard to pace yourself when you feel really good and there is alot to get done...but you almost have to.
I came home and cut the lawn after work. I would usually cut the lawn, trim, edge and blow it out. Then I would haul the clippings to the "grass dump". Instead I just got the cutting part done tonight and hope to get the rest of it done tomorrow.
Hope you are feeling better...no digging holes.
I can not defeat you but I will not let you win
