And especially to hear that You have had no more AS issues, employing Your regimen. I have thought of You recently--was just back up in SFBay area last month and had another Mexican salad at Country Gourmet.
Also indulged at Swagat and met the owner again, who saw me in India years ago...1 out of a billion, there in a suburb of New Delhi! Small world (but I wouldn't want to have to paint it).
