I've finally got around to reading the links properly.
I like the way:
Buteyko uses an exercise called the Control Pause (CP), defined as the amount of time that an individual can comfortably hold breath after a normal exhalation.
since this enables you to measure the effectiveness of the techniques being used.
My breathing problem "lifted" eventually and my energy levels went back to normal at the same time. Don't know what to make of that really. Blood tests came up clear. Oh well if it doesn't come back... I won't worry about it I suppose!
