Buggie,
I'm totally impressed that you've kept up the Kmaga, that's fantastic. You really are kicking a**! Way to go! You're inspiring me to get off my a** and out the door. tongue4
I love jasmine too.. have just been thinking about finding one to put in a pot by the door. Have been eyeing up seeds and when to start getting the herbs and salad greens going. Spring rocks!
A new puppy... what fun. Pets are great, aren't they? It sounds like your kids are doing well and growing quickly.

Hi there Buggy, long time no hear,
Soma was my saving grace at night, gotta love it. Didn't sleep more than 3 hours a night for 15 years until I started taking that with the Trazadone at night and now I sleep 8 hours. That's half the battle during the day when you sleep at night. I'm a garden person so I know the loss of even one plant. We had a relatively mild winter so all mine survived though the squirels ate many of my bulbs.
Nothing like a new pup to bring joy into you life is there.

Ange!!!!!

I'm so glad to see you!! I'm sorry to hear the Spondy Monster is still rearing its ugly head, but glad to hear that you are still Kicking AS like a pro.

It's hard to believe Missy G is 16 already. Good grief, where does the time go?

Good for you on the weight loss. Don't lose too much more, OK? You're petite to start with and if you lose much more weight you'll have to run around in the shower to get wet!

You almost had 'bougainvillea' right, by the way. I'll bet its gorgeous when it blooms. I love the stuff. When I was in Nepal, it grew like a weed there and in so many colours! And there were Jasmine bushes outside the entry to my room when I was in the jungle. Blooming while I was there and so lovely to smell.

We miss you around here, Bugster. Please don't let so much time go by, OK?

Love and hugs,

Kat

Hello Angie

So glad you to hear your bugettes are doing so well, they sure are growing fast.

I have missed your posts, so glad you checked back in. It's always nice to hear from people. Don't know how others feel but I worry a bit when I haven't seen people around.

You sound happy, dispite the pain, a real Kicker.

Hi Carol!! grin
So great to hear from you! It's been much too long!! I do that too. I worry when I dont see folks posting here. Its so busy at home with my 3 kiddos.
I've also been trying to be extra supportive with my Momma. Sadly we lost my Aunt Susie to cancer 2 weeks before Christmas. This was my momma's older sister. No matter how much you prepare it is truly hearbreaking. My Aunt Susie was a fighter. She fought the fight and her little body was tired. So we knew it was time. I dont know if you remember me posting about a year ago. She had brain cancer. They had given her a month to live. My aunt made it a year. She's in a wonderful place now. No more pain. I have a strong mom and family, so I have to keep on kickin'!

Much love to you ..hope this post finds you well dear friend! Buggy

hi Cindy! so nice to hear from you! grin Yes ..Soma is the only thing that has allowed me to be able to function to a certain degree, without falling asleep wherever I am sitting at. lol. It has been a lifesaver for me!

We have a squirrel in the backyard who has a serious grudge with our Boxer Bubba. It would seem the squirrel would eat our older dog's food, drink her water and roam freely. Now that Bubba is here...Lord have mercy...chaos!! Bubba almost caught him the other day. Then the squirrel was atop our fence that is higher on the back..and "squirrel scolding" our dog! wink Bubba was tipping his head like what?? lol

Yes..I find my garden and plants to be very therapeutic for me. It feels good to be able to watch them grow from all the TLC.

How are your knees doing? Youve had lots of problems with them havent you if I remember correctly? I hope you have found some relief!!
Take care my friend..buggy
