If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello Possi, your fall must have been a very big shock to both of you. Sounds like you are in quite a bad way. I so hope you are feeling much better soon. Very best wishes to you and your lovely husband xxx

Oh dear Joyce I do hope you are feeling ok today and have not got too many after effects. I know it's too late to tell you to be more careful. I think you need to be bubble wrapped for your own protection. I personally am so afraid of falling that I try to think about every movement, especially stairs, but there is always going to be that one moment when you are distracted. Please take care Joyce, you are too precious to get damaged.

Just checking in. I appreciate you all so much and I am sorry that I haven't gotten to answer each of you. My hands are getting so arthritic that some days I just can't do this. Today they work better. I am having to use both hands to turn the key of the car on. Yikes. I don't want to get to where I can go where I want to.
I went to the PT yesterday and she came in and always checks to see how straight my pelvis is but this time she looked at me and said, "What in the world happened to you? You look like someone picked you up and just slammed you to the ground." :o) I said that they did...Me! She said my back was really just crammed together. We didn't do any exercises because of my knees. She worked on my back some and put me in traction for 20 minutes and on ice for about 20 minutes. I really felt better at the time and last night I hurt so bad that I could hardly walk.
I know we will get through this. We always do. I thank you so much for your support.
We are having snow and the coldest North wind. What a way to bring in the first day of Spring. I am so ready for warm weather. I did go out and cut all of my daffodils yesterday and have a nice pretty bouquet in the kitchen. I am glad I thought to do that. They would be gone today.
I hope you are all having a good weekend. Again, thank you for caring.
Love you all. Possi

My goodness, Possi - we need that big bubble for you. Is hubby well enough now that he can return the favour and do lots to help you? Hugs

Yowch, that sounds awful. I am glad that you didn't break anything at least. I tell my daughter that if I fell like that, I'd smash like a bowl of eggs...lol
I'm surprised the gym would do something like that? Elevate the treadmills so people could watch TV? I hope they have good lawyers at that gym.
Hoping the second day won't too be too rough on you,
Chris

Joyce - catching up with myself. TG there is no 'seemingly' lasting damage. Phew, what a fright. You must have been in agony. The gym sounds a bit feeble minded for placing their equipment in such a dangerous manner. Strewth hon. You could have...but you didn't, thank God. Rest up some, and take care of you. You hear? Big bunches of daffs - but dunno the 'hows' of sending: need a Dow to teach me. Can send you a little green man instead, green for spring... and LOTS of

Just stepping in to say hello and how much I miss you all. My fall just really aggravated all of the inflammation I already had. I am just in so much pain and just haven't wanted to do much other than sit or lay with ice.
Hope you all are doing well. I will try to get back on here more often. We had a beautiful windy day here in Oklahoma but at least there was not snow in one part and a tornado in another part as there was last week. :o)
Hugs and Blessings. Possi

*sigh* how on earth do we survive ourselves? We shared your windy day today, and got some more snow too. The wind was so bad it made the baby cry. We live right on the edge of the plains, so we get some Oklahoma-quality wind (several of the trees point East lol). We've been getting snow at least once a week since Halloween, it's the oddest winter . . . I really hope you start feeling better, I know I'm so scared of falling, I have completely boycotted our back porch all year (stairs, ice and no hand rails . . . I am literally terrified of it). *hugs* bridge
