Hello Ansh

I hope you will find out more about the damage you have when you are ready to hear it. It's like getting exam results, I remember thinking as long as I don't open them they could be all A's!

Both your photo's are lovely by the way - so bright and colourul - the elephant is beautiful - what an incredible wedding you must have had!

I went to my friends Indian wedding many years ago. It's so different to an English wedding (or French for that matter!) Such a brightly coloured, decadent occassion it was really something. And the food.... don't get me started!

You mentioned about loving chillies - oh how my husband and I love our chillies! We cook a lot of Indian food at home. When my friend comes over to visit, she teaches us recipes her mother makes and brings us a jar of her mothers homemade garam masala!

I hope your humira eases your pain and the winter doesn't treat you too badly, take care rainbow

Hi Ansh,
I agree with you that every experience in the journey of life has its good and bad sides. At the end, it is about how we find ways to deal with this dreadful disease and make something positive out of our experience with it.

Great picture by the way,

Cheers
Alex

Hello fella ASkickers,
Thanks so much for your replies. Appreciate them.

Louise: I havent tried any auyrvedic medicines yet, party because getting any sort of medicines in Australia is such a pain with quarentine. But next time i visit India, I am absolutely going to try some auyrvedic massages and research more. I could help you research more, if you are intrested... would be a good exercise for me too
And danm, stupid starch... i like my roti's smile Will try cauliflaur thanks!

Joints and IGNORANCE: Thanks for the tender care there, I take the point. I am trying to buy some time before face into the reality (it is probably just erosion). Have a few worldly issues to resolve so untill then, If i can keep doing my yoga properly i should be ok. But yes, i think I would get another set of Xray's done and understand what is going on before stepping up on exercises.

Wendy: Send us a pm, would be happy to share

Wedding: Yah, that was the best party ever. Hopefully in a couple of weeks, I'd have the best ones onto compiled, untill then you could look at some on facebook. (Search on anshulmh)

Hi Ansh and thanks for the update!

I, too, understand about the AS dx and positive change. I had been a spiritual explorer for over 20 years when I was diagnosed. Because my research focus of necessity became AS, I began to live my spirituality more deeply, rather than researching it as much as I used to. It was a good trade-off.

Hugs,

Kat
