If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Gonna grow me own blues. Now, all I want is them there cowsies in my own back lot, and... However, will have to do with the best that the supermarket can provide over here. Take care of the gut.

stoneyfield yogurt and berries (blueberries and/or raspberries and/or blackberries) nearly every day! yummo! my favorite is the nonfat smooth lemon or vanilla though sometimes just plain (and use the plain in all kinds of savory dishes). usually with a little nut powder (almond or hazelnut) and some quality oatmeal or low fat, low sugar vanilla almond granola. berries full of fiber, full of antioxidants, full of vitamin C, and one of my favorite foods flavor-wise. fruit is my favorite snack food, really, even as a kid, didn't need the cookies or cakes so long as i had fruit, berries being my favoritest of all.

i agree molly! don't touch the artificial stuff myself! on the other hand, just bought stevia powder and loving it! put it in my tea, started using the amount they suggested, but too much and could taste the stevia flavor, now use half that amount and just taste the sweetness. had some raspberry flavored tea with stevia and a little milk tonight, very nice. but the low fat, low sugar granola, the brand is bear naked, really good, really natural stuff, love it! the vanilla almond is half the fat, half the sugar of most of their flavors, perfect for someone who is insulin resistant like me: http://www.bearnaked.com/

Great photos Darrel, in the second one looks ike he has -'captured' an old boot or summat 'smile' - were you throwing him a tit-bit?
Sue. Stevia, excellent. Terrif if one is diabetic. Has been banned in the UK (pharma)...go figure! Yet they push that noxious Aspartame, Nutrasweet, Canderelle etc etc. Sheesh. No wonder all the kids and half the adult population is sick, stuff is everywhere even in meds (Aspartame is used a lot over here in meds...!)
TG I detest 'sweet'. One thing I AM lucky with <VBG>

yes to the stevia, main reason i started incorporating it into my diet......
yes, never had much of a sweet tooth myself.....
what i had to ween myself off of was the french fries, oh how i used to love those! but alas, they did not love me!
thank goodness for other things to enjoy!

YES! I was told blueberries are a natural antibiotic so I have been drinking blueberry juice every day. Thanks for the inspiration to buy fresh blueberries.
