If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

This question has probably been posted before, but just wondering if anyone on Humira has trouble sleeping. For me it is staying asleep lately - I am not sure why but I wake up at 3ish and then have a heck of a time trying to get back to sleep.
Thanks!
Amy:)

not on humira but when i go through periods when i wake and have trouble going back to sleep (for me its because of pain) i get up and go through me preparing for sleep ritual (hot shower or bath, another muscle relaxant, and new ice packs if using them), i hate to have to get up and do that, but if i'm really not going to be able to sleep anymore without doing so, i do it. find if i just try to lay in bed, the pain only gets worse. hope you find a way to resolve this issue soon.

Sue, good idea. I was up at 2:30 last night because of pain, took a pill, drank a cup of decaf tea, sat in the recliner until the pill took effect, dozed until 4:30, went back to bed, reached in my nightstand to rub my elbows and hands down with Icy Hot and thought it didn't smell like it and I had given myself aa really good Hand Cream treatment so my hands and elbows have been very painful but very soft today. :o) I just got up then at 5:00, made tea, and called it a night. Went to church, fixed hubby's lunch and slept this afternoon while he was on the CMP machine. He just has it two more days so he is getting all the benefit he can out of it. 2 hours at a time twice daily and the afternoon 2 hours, I just sleep beside him.
I am so tired and in so much pain from his surgery. I can only imagine how he feels.
Hugs. Possi

I don't have trouble falling asleep, but I definitely have problems w/ poor sleep. I just don't want to breathe deeply enough - breath very shallow. I have bad dreams because of it. I'm starting to think this may be spondy stiffness in the rib cage. Not sure.

Have you ever had a sleep study done? Sounds like you might need to. A CPAP machine made all of the difference in the world in my husband's sleep. I have a friend who had nightmares and in checking her out they did a sleep study and put her on the CPAP machine plus oxygen at night and she doesn't have the bad dreams any more. Something to talk to your dr. about anyway.
Blessings. Possi

I take the muscle relaxer cyclobenzaprine (flexeril) every night. I've been no starching it and lately was able to cut my dosage in half, but it is a life saver for me. Sleep is soooo important. I am also taking LDN so I can't take any pain killers but the muscle relaxer does the trick for me.
Good luck! Donette
