Avoid breads by
A. Buy two crock pots (one for meats and one for onions, cabbage. (Cook in water only) All important in a fast paced world!
B. Buy plenty of meat (Quality meat to avoid eating fast food)
C. Use pure natural butter, not margarine, "Land O' Lakes" preferably and add to cabbage or whatever else. Do not add butter into the crock pot if you don't want any cholesterol problems, use it after you take the food out of the crockpot.
D. Buy plenty of cottage, cheese, flaxseed cereal, cream cheese, and so forth.
E. Eat Cracker Barrell or Ruby Tuesdays's choices of salads!
