Hi everyone
Has anyone ever tried the mineral called SierraSil ?
I bought some over a year ago and have been using it ever since.
This really works for me. My pain level is in control ever since and I have been having great results within the first week.
I am not very good at typing so if you would go to the link below, which is their web site. I’ll let them tell you about this product.
I buy it at my local health food store. Vita Health

http://www.sierrasil.com/

If I could help at least one person,it will make me happy. laugh3

Hi again my KA friends

I posted this thread a week back and got "0" responces.
I think that I deserve some kind of reply at least or did you all miss it.
This mineral could help someone as it did to me.

Hi Ray,

It's the first I have heard of it.

Had a look at the web site and have bookmarked it for a more detailed comb through.

Thanks.

James

Hey, Ray:

I am an advocate of supplementation and even take colloidal minerals in addition to trace elements. I don't know whether this produce has Bentonite clay or something similar, but the claims do sound like there is some similar action (intestinal cleansing).

While I don't knock this product, and hope that You have continued success with it, I am not likely to try it due to the success I have with my current regimen; and because of this I am also not a very good tester.

I don't see any obvious anti-inflammatory things in this mixture, but if it works for You that is wonderful.

HEALTH,
John

Sorry I missed this, Icky. The ingredients list is pretty good, so I don't see where this could be anything but helpful. Thanks for the tip!

Warm hugs,

Kat

Hey Ray

Great to see you posting. I peak in far too intermttently and then get distracted so I miss as much as I see.

I am in one of those phases where I need ot try something new because I am breaking down or flaring or whatever this thing does in new ways recently so its something well worth a shot.

Thanks for tossing the idea out

Hi Ray! First, it's great to see you posting again and hope you're doing well. Somehow I missed this post as well but will check into it for sure. So happy it seems to be helping you--that's enough of an endorsement to convince me. Best wishes

It's great that you already have a good thing going for you.
There would be no point in you trying something new at this time.
Your reply is greatly appreciated John.
I learn a lot from you...thank you

Hi Steve
Yes, it has been a long time since I posted something.
I logged in to read off and on over the last few years.
The real reason that I am here today is to tell you all about my new find. First, a friend told me about SierraSil and shortly afterwards I heard an ad on the radio on it. So I tried it (nothing to lose here) so far, I'm very happy with it and it has been a year of significant relief. What I have to deal with now is an acceptable level.
It is not a cure b/c there is no cure for AS yet. But, up until a year ago I was in constant pain at changing levels of intensity.
I am now 62 years old and still fighting this thing. That is 52 years of pain.
I just have to tell you all that SierraSil has my pain under control.
I wanted to pass this along to you all in hoping that some of you try it and get to feeling better.
It’s great to be alive again.
Take care Steve and thank you for your reply.
Ray smile
