Thanks for posting this, Lindy. I'm all for getting the word out to the general public and every public figure who comes forward and talks openly about it, is jake by me.
Jewel, a Member of Parliament would sort of be equivalent to a Congressman, I think. (??? - help???)

In Government or opposition, We have three parties here though Labour (arghhhhhhhhh.......) Conservative (Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh) and Liberal (arghhhhhhhhhhhh)
sort of like members of the Democrats or republicans.

I think you missed out some of your parties, Alan! Here in Canada our largest parties, according to votes, are Conservative, Liberal, New Democrat (Labour equivalent), Green and a Quebec party called the Bloc Québécois. However there are dozens of smaller parties - my favourite of which is called the Work Less Party.
The Bloc has come close to winning an election in the past and has certainly been the official opposition, which is a strange thing for a Federal party which only runs in one very populous province.
