bad stuff this weight loss. ... Foe me, with some obvious digestion issues of protein it was an unhealthy experience.

Yeah, I wonder how well my digestion works. Still, I haven't had any problems on the scale that some of the ASkickers here have, so I'll persevere.

Thanks for sharing.

Hi there,

I had these issues early on, here is what I did to help.

- walnuts with raisons
- 3 days of apples (this helps you become more efficient eater... pectin in apples cleans out intestines to allow you to absorb what you need better). THIS MADE HUGE DIFFERENCE FOR ME
- eat yogurt or ice cream (organic / all natural) if you can handle dairy

Hope you can see some improvements

Tim

No families take so little medicine as those of doctors, except those of apothecaries.

hi shane, pleased to meet you.
I started the NSD a few weeks ago myself. Ive lost about 2kg since starting but i got about another 20kg or so in reserve (im 5'8 and about 91kg)i think that qualifies me as obese.

i was just walking around the kitchen in circles myself trying to work out what can i eat.

id suggest getting the baking trays out and start some baking!! i spent most of the day yesterday cooking anything i could that sorta looks like bread, cookies, muffins and cakes. i made a big fat round cake that i cut into 8 pieces and when i have a meal, thats my replacement for the chips, rice or pasta that used to eat. heaps of recipes on the site.
