If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thanks, Sue, Gerri and Karen. It was a big ouch! Burns are surprisingly painful.

Thanks Laurie - I admit my shoulder is sore from the tetanus shot. Just one extra thing I didn't need.

That's what I thought at first, Trudi, but I think Kevin's right that it's in case the blistered area gets infected. Now I have a tender arm from the shot as well as the pain from the burn and my RA! What a state I'm in.

The Hot Stuff is funny! The soup was actually squash soup, thick and delicious, but it stuck to my skin until I washed it off - that's why the burn was so bad.
I've got more words for you and Kevin elsewhere - you bad boys.

Thanks, Manny. Can I borrow your mammoth? Will it help?

Good ideas, Molly. I just have to wait until all the dressings are off and the blisters have closed over so I don't risk getting an infection in there. I look horrid - lots of small blisters scattered over the area, very red and a bit shiny!
On top of all that, I went for my monthly blood tests today (because of the methotrexate) and the woman butchered my arm getting the needle in. I have a huge blue swelling on the inside of my elbow. That rarely happens but I thought "yep, right now, that's typical, just what would happen to me!".
Thanks for the good wishes.

Thank you, Michelle. So sweet of you in the midst of all your struggles. Also I loved your addition to the poem. Aren't we all mad? But I love the humour - it so takes me away from all the pain.
Thank you for being such a good friend.

Oi, Wendy, you certainly did not need this, poor thing! It sounds painful and severe, but I sure hope you heal quickly. Ouch, ouch, ouch.

Thanks, Megan. Unfortunately, the doc reminded me that the prednisone and methotrexate will probably slow down the healing. Of course!
