HLA-B27+, JRA diagnosis in 1981, re-diagnosed as AS in 1988. Also iritis, colitis, and psoriasis. NSD + low carb helps me. My health makes it hard for me to post in a timely way.

Hi Shaz,

Since we had a long enough talk, things for me got much better (speaking of anxiety-depression). This month got rough again though, but it will pass soon (it comes and goes in phases). Which reminds me, did I tell you I am almost off of that Ativan? Oh yeah, I have Iritis now. I had a feeling that was going to happen so I'm not really too surprised. Other than that, doing pretty good, and I have been devoting some time to learning linux. I apt-get'ed my own mini ubuntu too.
