If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Do a search for nuclear bone scan - I'm sure I've seen some in there.
It's almost five, maybe I should try to get to sleep again?

Ninja Chris, That is a wicked cool scan. I had a nuclear bone scan done years ago and it wasn't nearly as pretty as your fancy funky 3D version you've got goin on. Neat stuff they can do now.

Oh Megan, if you only knew how cool this thing is!
My avatar is a still shot taken from a moving picture of my torso going through about a 2/3 or 3/4 rotation. There is another one that goes from head to toe cross-sectionally but those images look weird as still shots. I can't believe how cool this stuff is.
Thankfully, I didn't have to pay for it - it must have cost a fortune.

Why not wait until 6 before trying to get back to sleep? No matter what the time of day, you seem to be wide awake and on here Chris! Hope you have put the computer next to your bed Is it the pain keeping you awake or insomnia or both? My new ajustable bed stopped me from being too sore (I bought it from another place) this morning. It has taken three nights, but think I have worked it out now. Got the ideal feet and back position. Still only got 4 hours straight, but thems the breaks. James

Now I feel self-conscious that you've noted my weird schedule. In and out, day and night is certainly true but the wide awake part I'm not so sure about...I'm not sure I am ever wide awake anymore?
I live in a very nifty apartment that is in a horrible building - I think it's this irony that appealed to me in the first place. I seem to like apparent contradictions. My wife and I have a sort of powder-room type of foyer adjacent to our bedroom. This is where I have erected my make-shift "den". Having a den in a high-traffic area sort of defeats the purpose though. It's close enough to stumble to, private enough to enjoy the illusion of temporary solitude (measured in minutes) and far enough not to be a distraction at bedtime. In the wee-hours I cannot type generally since the clacking of the keys disturbs my wife so I'm mostly just reading stuff then.
I'm glad you got yourself a bed that works for you. I trust you didn't spend $8K for it either?
Take care fella,
Chris

Amen to that, Sue. My Rheumy was like, "what? how do you spell that? I have never heard of it. I would rather stick with enbrel and mtx, the tried and true medicines." I was like, whatever dude, if you had AS, you would be up to try ANYTHING that offered hope too.
