If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

thanks chris,
i have to admit that my stool (swopper) is great for my back, but my bottom still needs something else for a switchup, so it sounds like the mesh is really forgiving. thanks.

The ball thing is what my physio suggested. What I use is a regular office chair that has a good padded bottom (I have no natural padding) and the back inclines at whatever angle I want to set it at. The ones I cannot use are the ones provided here-- they are hard and the backs sit straight up-- you can't angle them. Siting straight up puts too much pressure on my lower back-- gravity sucks.
I have a Toyota Yaris-- now if I could just bring the seat from my car into work with me… that's comfy. I partially bought the car cause of the seat. I was test driving when my hip was sore-- tried the Chevy Aveo-- no way, that thing was like sitting on a brick.
Those wobbly stools remind me too much of a crazy chiro I went to-- no thanks. Plus, wayyyy too pricy.

well, i just got back from being away for 2 days where i had no choice of sitting options. i had thought my neck and upper back were better because they hadn't been bothering me.....but no. its that i've truly found a sitting option for me. and whenever i'm forced to sit where i can't, everything gets
reactivated. now i need to call the physiatrist and get another round of trigger point injections to quiet things down again. so, at least for me, how i sit is crucial.
