They had to buy a special one for me at work-- cause the ones that are supposed to be perfectly eurgonomic are literally a pain in the butt for me.
Anyway this last flare up has got me wondering about those kneely chairs that were trendy in the 90's-- maybe started in the 80's. You kneel and lean forward on them and there is no bend at the waist -- anyone ever try one? I wanna give one a tryout cause when my hip is really bad I can only sit for like 5 min at a time without seizing up.
I would think the kneel position would be very hard on the knees but anyone have experince with them?
