I called corp offices of United Drugs last week, to lodge a complaint. This lady acted as if I was interupting her lunch. She took no formal complaint like my insurance co did. She said "someone" would call me back...NOPE! So tommorow, I'll try again. I will also look up on the net-who else? Thanks to many of you, I got some suggestions to steer me the right way. Thank you everyone!
P.S. I did report him to my Dr's office as well, just happens that day one of his clerical workers was there(not a wittness though). She said I was the 6th person she has heard the same about him. I also mentioned it to a person I just met locally. She had this to say...Her & her husband stopped going there to cuz of how rude he had been to them cuz- they have "millitary Insurance" ; he didn't like how cheap they got their meds! That was verbatem.
As I write this, I had a thought...I could try a "Letter to the Editor", perhaps set up a temp email and ask others to contact me if they too have had prob's w/him? And urge them to complain as well and arm them w/ the right contacts for it. Sounds good to me?
I can't let this go, makes me more angry of the time this will take of me. My time is precious, everyday things take me 4x's to do than the average.
Keep you posted.
God Bless Everyone!

I say go for it. Do what you need to. I remember you said you don't generally go to that pharmacy. But think of the little old lady or gentleman who can't get to another store. Put something in the paper. If you can go as far as the local news do it.
I know I sound vindictive and I promise normally I am not. I am having trouble right now with my GP and the Pharamcy communicating. They are in the blame game right now.

I had to read over my old post. looking for member names of the past? To see if they're still around? I had to reply about this one tho. This Pharmacist...who did this, is now retired but! After this incident...he became a really DEER FRIEND as well. It turns out..I hadn't known about the drug problems in our Town. Util he apologized about: how he treated me that day! He didn't know me well enough then as a Patient,or my Medical problems& why I needed the meds. That particular week-there had been many fake scripts brought in,several repeat offenders of Dr.shopping&Pharmacy shopping also. That day was the worse of them all. I happened to be one he thought was another and, he flipped out on! Thinking I didn't need the meds. After my complaint&my Dr calling him&explaining my condition(it wasn't visible at the time)& me telling him my story in person. He was forever sorry! There was alkso a shortage of Morphines then also,he promised: I would always get my meds first above others. I always did! Each month I go,he would come out from the counter&HUG me!Or he see me in the store&he be on lunch break,he always came up to me&again hugs&conversation of how am I doing.Even Xmas cards!By a Tech,I was told he's never given any other customer/patient a card before? He's a good man! Now he's retired, I truly miss him& our talks!Lord-Bless Frank always! AMEN!
