LDN: www.lowdosenaltrexone.org

a new off-label use of the drug naltrexone that seems to stop autoimmune diseases with no side effects.

Great news.

Its good to hear that you found a good Doc and got a shot a course of treatment you wanted and that may help.

Good luck.

I don't know if you saw it, but they did a study with LDN for MS. I put a link to the article it is a few days back. The conclusion was they needed more research.

I've seen only good things about MS & LDN and that was the first of diseases to get attention with LDN.. that and chron's.

But you have to remember... 'more research needed' means they want/need more money! Heck, there's a TON of other drugs that have had NO research but have been pushed/bought thru the system to get it on the market... but it seems these drugs that are CHEAP and no side-effects have a harder time getting thru the system....

My doctor also recently approved. I had the script filled and it awaits my trial.
I am waiting till i get over this cold, b/c i ALWAYS feel better (well, not in terms of pain, but less, WAY less chronic flu-like feeling) when my body is actually fighting SOMETHING.
I am really hoping that people track and report their LDN experiences. I consider it a bit of snake oil, but i've tried all the OTHER snake oils so what the hell...
