I am on the LSD - I slipped for Xmas day and Boxing day and am now paying for it! - so know the LSD works for me.
I suggest you start with the LSD rather than NSD as it won't be such a shock to your system. For the first few days start with one meal a day that is LSD, such as dinner - your stir fried veges perhaps or chicken and veges. Also see if you can do snacks that are LSD - fruit, nuts and yoghurt. I find pineapple good, as well as almonds.
Once you are able to do this, see if you can add in another LSD meal. Then finally in a few more days add in your 3rd LSD meal.
You'll find your taste buds adapt quickly and it's not as bad as you first thought it would be.
