Hi all,

On a recent visit to my naturopath, he told me about an alternative health and anti-inflammatory product called wobenzym. He said it's a great natural anti-inflammatory and helps out with arthritis a lot. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this thing?

I took a different brand name of the same things as Wobenzyme a while back. It did absolutely nothing. But it is safe, and worth a try. I know people in Europe use it a lot.

I took them and other brands that are the same thing for years and they do work but I had to take about six to eight, two to three times a day. I last used a product called W-Zymes by Micheal's, it's much more reasonably priced and seems to be just as effective. I stoped taking them however when I went on the nsd because they are full of starch.
