Have you tried soy milk? I know there was one I used that was pretty good (obviously not like cream, but not too watery like the other non-milks), but honestly I didn't pay too much attention to the ingredients (although it was organic, and I'm pretty sure it didn't have corn syrup). I will check again because coincidentally, I need something for my coffee.

I use coconut milk with instant coffee, when i must...
Best to use a good coconut cream - much thicker and, therefore, less chance of it being diluted and then having thickeners added. AYAM have a good one with nothing added.
Expresso i drink black and long.

If it is the creamy sensation you seek, then it is really fat and oil you are after so coconut and almond may be btter than (say) rice milk. Soy is oily, but they just don't seem to make ones which do not feed Kp.

The ingredients are: filtered water, organic whole soybeans, organic evaporated cane juice, calcium carbonate, natural vanilla flavor with other natural flavors, sea salt, carrageenan, vitamin e, vinamin A palmitate, vitamin b12, vitamin d2

This is for the Soy Dream Vanilla Enriched. I haven't really done food tests on myself, so I cannot say if you will react. Any soy or ingredient experts out there? I believe the thickening agent is extracted from seaweed.
