If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Like Karen I was curious how much the starch would affect me if I really indulged, so yesterday I had pizza for lunch (deep dish), croutons in the salad. For dinner I had apple turnover and a chocolate cream pie and vanilla ice cream (a no no brand with emulsifiers). Oooh the pizza was so good. Strangely the sweets were less of treat...probably because I eat so much chocolate now.
What I noticed was feeling really crappy..almost like I was coming down with something. I have noticed this feeling before when I have slipped and eaten something starchy before.
The inflammation was less than I expected, but still quite clear. When I have slipped a little before I noticed inflammation, but not as clear as yesterday was for me. Hands and feet (my problem areas) were very inflamed, but still nothing like my horrible helpless days of last summer. Took a good dose of magnesium after my last indulgance, and this morning I woke up feeling halfway back to normal. This evening I am maybe 70% improved since yesterday's lunch.
I am going to keep on the NSD probably for life....If I do go off of it...it would be LSD at most. I just have a hard time imagining that my body could ever be better off with the starches. I intend to do another test in a few weeks but with something a little healthier like rice or sweet potato...I will post here when I do.
FYI i am still taking minocycline on monday, wednesday and friday, 100 mg twice

I'm pregnant and the ONLY food craving that I've had is deep dish pizza with lots of cheese. I'm so jealous!!! I'm just too afraid to try it.
I'm avoiding dairy right now, but if I crave this for much longer I'm going to make a pizza with almond meal crust. Better than nothing! Mmmmm, I can just taste the melted cheese.

What a delicious journey, Brian!
I'm glad you were able to determine whether the NSD is actually helpful for you. Sometimes, you just gotta know before you can carry on.
I responded slowly and am slowly recovering. It's taken me a week to get to the 70% mark.
I start antibiotics next week.

Good luck with the antibiotics....there is a good chance you will see some real improvement. I have reached this 70% and kind of stalled here, so I didnt get of as easy as I initially thought...Hey the longer it takes...the more resolve i will have to stay the course...
