Oh honey, I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm so glad that you loved him and were there for him when his birth mom couldn't be bothered. He was a very lucky young man to have you. I know he'll live on in your heart and memories. The picture you paint of him and his happy face shirt is priceless and how I hope you will always remember him.

I am sorry for not making individual replies, but so wanted to let you all know how thankful I am for each and every one of you. Your thoughts and prayers really mean a great deal. The boys and I will be unable to go to Kansas. But like Jeanna said, we can honor him and remember him from here just as well. Noah has taken this very very hard. To the point of crisis intervention hard.  So yesterday was an extremely rough day. My brother and his wife came to town late last night and have things planned to keep the boys busy this weekend.and I am so grateful for them. My mind just doesnt seem to want to work around all of this. We sat up last night and talked about funny times with Reggie. Laughing and some tears. And they finally got a hold of Reggies birth mother. She is now of course acting the loving parent. And wanting to organize everything. Of course one of her first thoughts was wondering who would be getting Reggies belongings. So probably a good thing I am not able to be there. I would probably hurt her. They did the autopsy and say natural causes. They had believed it was a seizure, but now say he had a massive heart attack. Thank you again everyone for your support through this. My KickAS family is one place I know I can come and vent and know that you will always be there. You all mean the world to me. Love, Pam

Thank you again everyone.
There will be a memorial service here for Reggie as well as the one in Kansas. So I feel better about not being able to get down there. And so do the boys. I think they need that to say goodbye to him.
My brother and his wife were here this weekend and my brother kept the boys very busy, and that really helped them. I didnt realize until after they went home that my sister in law had done the same for me. I am so thankful for their help.
Just taking things one day at a time. Isaiah is having nightmares each night and Noah isnt sleeping well either. I am hoping that each passing day will be a bit easier to take.

Hi, Iam sorry to here of Reggie's passing........  It is lovely to here your happy memories of him.A friend of mine has an autisic son-now about 18,He has also[still] brought immense joy into her life .He is like a shining light for her. Thinking of you,jude2
