I posted on here in the last couple of weeks about money issues. I'm currently waiting to see a judge for disability and am living off the equity in my home in the meantime. I was wondering if anyone else has/had money issues. I'm not able to work a job of any kind because of flair ups. I kept getting let go from jobs because of missed time. I've had difficulty getting myself to try and find anything out in the community. I don't know if I can even work PT. My kids keep asking me why I don't go to work. I've explained it but they realize its not normal to not go to work. It gets very depressing feeling less than a complete person. The reason for the post (sorry about the rambling) I was wondering if anyone else had to get creative (legally, and no internet scams) in making money from home while waiting for disability.

rick, im in the same boat sort of, i cant work anymore i cant drive anymore and i can barely walk(with canes), have you applied for ssdi yet, if not do it, go to your county services and get help from them a counselor will help you get county and state aid even medical, if you want to see how much or how many hours you can work, go to your local workforce center(unemployment) and make an appointment with vocational rehab dept, they will give you tests to do(they are really eeasy)and if ya need to take a break and move around thats ok they'll let you, they will access everything and help you get a job and/or help you get ssdi, wish i could do more but this is all i can do for ya. it's what i did...oak

I do know of some legitimate call places that will hire you to answer their phones and take orders..you have to have a computer, a seperate phone line, their software and no noise and no distractions.

You are paid by the call on how many minutes you stay on the phone. Pay usually ranges from $7.00 to $10.00 an hour. You will get a W-2 so if you are wanting to not mess with your disability claim not sure this is what you want.

Oh...I was also going to let you know that there are places where you can take surveys and they will pay you.

Now, it's not just quick money but if you sign up and they will send you surveys by e-mail and you will answer some questions and if you qualify you can make anywhere from $3.00 to $30.00 they will add it up and you can ask for it and they will mail it to you.

I would say I send for my checks maybe 3 or 4 times a year and I will receive anywhere from $30.00 to $75.00 it's not alot but it helps with groceries if nothing else.
