Welcome! Sorry you have to be here, but glad you found it. This place is awesome. And it's HEALTHY to have a good AS gripe when you need it (especially when people are immature about their comments - I love it when people say I'm faking my limp/using someone else's handicap parking pass/using a cane for sympathy). This is the place to gripe at! You can gripe here, guilt-free! It's the best place in the WORLD!!   -Bridget

Oh, wow Richard,My heart goes out to you, and all of us
being challenged by this disease. Personaly,I find, finaly
accepting this challenge,is CHANGING MY LIFE. Big words,
I know, but I am finding that changing what I eat and
listening to what my body, heart needs is the key to
a joyful,pain free,healthy life. I am so fortunate to
have found this site. Everyone on this site has something
to offer. Thank your lucky stars,(Ido), that you have found this forum, and start kicking some as.
