Hi,

I have infrared lamp, it helps warming up, but it can warm up only one part of your back.
I dont use it much, hot bath does the same trick for me

Do you use the lamp to get sunlight (i.e. Vitamin D).

Krishna you visits on and off has documented very much so here his success with sunlight and vitamin D in overcoming AS. May want to search on his posts... I believe he looked into infared as well and did not see as much of a benefit.
