If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Thanks all for advising, one of my friend asked me to use Infrared lamp coz good for deep therapy. What you all think about this should i start with that?

Hi,
I have infrared lamp, it helps warming up, but it can warm up only one part of your back. I dont use it much, hot bath does the same trick for me

Do you use the lamp to get sunlight (i.e. Vitamin D).
Krishna you visits on and off has documented very much so here his success with sunlight and vitamin D in overcoming AS. May want to search on his posts... I believe he looked into infared as well and did not see as much of a benefit.
