If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Yes, Pete, I do love when things get ridiculous around here. Did you know there's now a doctor who specializes in laughter as a treatment? Saw a newsblip about him over the weekend. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but I'd love to find out more about him. "It's a good thing laughter is the best medicine or I might have died on the spot!"Pete, this is true, but I can think of much worse ways to die than laughing. Being vaulted out of bed by a female feline with restless legs being one of them! Many hugs,
Kat

I need to add:
TMJ syndrome related to arthritis in the jaw. This was diagnosed by a maxilio-facial surgeon.
Trigenimal(sp) neuralgia
Cervical arthritis.
Arthritis in the hands and wrists.
Achilles Tendonitis.
These are all separate diagnoses prior to the dx for AS

Many hugs,
I try to watch as much Americas funniest home videos as i can during the week for this exact reason. I read a book about someone who killed his pain by watching movies that made him laugh. Ive done it ever since.
I believe the mind can help us just as much as the doctors and meds...
