A pharmacist told me about the drug Orencia. He had participated in clinical studies of the drug. He tells me that Orencia works a little further upstream along the TNF chain than a TNF inhibitor. He mentioned that Orencia changes the way your body makes TNF to make it less active.
It is listed as an RA treatment but I am not sure that they list it to treat AS.
Is anyone taking this yet?
