And another hug. You deserve a hug every day (hour, minute) for being yourself Kat.

Jude, Jaye, Scotty, Molly and Gerard, thank you so much. Things continue to improve and Brian and I had a wonderful weekend together. The concert we went to ROCKED!! The band included a horn section that was just phenomenal - tight chord progressions that in some cases were heavenly and in others set your teeth on edge. We visited with friends of Brian's who are in the band afterward and had a lovely time with them. Drove home at 2 in the morning, along rain soaked roads.

This place has been a haven for me and the folk here number among some of the best I've ever known. You all have been there for me during this and I will not forget.

Many warm hugs,

Kat

Kat, Big Hugs from Mike and I, we don't seem to post as
much as we should.
You are always so kind and considerate of everyone's
concerns. You deserve all the hugs we can give you,
JUST BECAUSE.

Glad you had a good time at the concert.

Maxine

Kat,
I'm glad to hear that things are getting better for you. I know from personal experience that sometimes it just takes a while to work through things. Unconditional love helps too!

Here's to sunnier days in your future.

Good to hear that you are feeling better....I would have loved to have seen that concert...I have always been a fan of Blood Sweat and Tears and especially David Clayton Thomas.

Fiona Apple and Prince always make me feel better, not necessarily in that order. I hope what ever has got you down in the dumps gets better. I'm sending you some luck!

Dan, it really was alot of fun. He sure can still sing a tune and his voice is still quite powerful. He does this one song called "40,000 Headmen" that features a solo on EVI (a trumpet synthesizer). It's amazing and the EVI is a haunting instrument to listen to. I'll let you know if I hear they're playing again. This is the second time in as many weeks that I've seen them (friends in the band). I believe he's putting together a jazz combo in the new year, which he's asked our friends to be a part of.

Here's the David Clayton Thomas website.

If you check out the News page, the second photo down features Michael Stuart, one of our friends. His brother, Russ Little, plays first trombone and is featured in God Bless the Child.

Many hugs,
