If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi All, I use this website www.csidinfo.com as a great guide when grocery shopping. Basically It gives a good run down of all major and common food with all the neccesary info we need to maintain an NSD or close to it eating lifestyle. Obviously there are already many other great list on this site provided by others - I just use this one so I figured I'd share. When you go to the website - click on the food group category to see the lists. I beleive the measurements are based on 100grams.

Huh! Interesting list. I always thought Yams and Sweet Potatoes were pretty much the same sort of critter, but this shows Sweet Potatoes as not being starchy and yams are.

It's late here, and maybe I'm missing something, but this website is for Congenital Sucrase-Isomaltase deficiency. You're looking at a list of foods with starches and sugars. Perhaps you all are only looking at the starch list, but beware that you (many of you anyway) are going to need sugars to prevent weight loss! Don't restrict sugars along with starches.......ok, off my soapbox now...

Something is off somewhere! The list says sweet potato has no starch, but the starch list provided on this site says 15.6. If it really has no starch, it could be a great base food.
P.S. This same site says that Vita Brits (a cereal made from whole whear flakes) has no starch. I don't know if I can believe that.

I think you can probably figure out starch content if you know total carbs, fiber and sugars. Anything that isn't a sugar or a fiber has probably got to be starch doesn't it?
So...
Carbohydrates: 20
Fiber: 13 Sugars: 3 ==================== 16g of not-starch leaving 4 grams of starch
