If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

well my issues do not seem to stem from lyme. blood tests are negative. my next investigation will be celiac disease since it has a neuropathy component. so far i've looked into lyme, diabetes, MS, and thyroid disease with all negative results. if it's not that, then i will resign myself to the undifferentiated spondylitis dx.

I think that undifferentiated spondylitis is better than getting a dx of "mild inflammatory arthritis".
Look on the bright side here, with that dx you have a reference for treatment. Are you on the NSAIDS?
The other thing is that you can get cracking on an exercise program that will keep your spine flexible.
Personally, I think it is good news that you have tested positive to these things.

it was western blot. i had reactive bands for OspA which is a protein used in the vaccine. all other bands were negative.
IgG and IgA blood test came back negative for celiac disease. next is an endoscopic biopsy and 24 hour urine test. if these come back negative, i'm going to try an elimination diet.
